Responsibilities:
Determining the policies and adjusting research and special laboratory programs
Studying various substances that are prohibited by international health organizations
- Controlling the composition formula of substances, and monitor removing raw materials
- Controlling and collecting information of imported and exported products
- Improving laboratory quality by the use of statistical methods
- Preparing lists of permitted colors and essences
- Supervising suspicious substances that need retests
- Providing guidance to working staff of laboratories and coordinating their activities
- Teaching GHP, GMP and HACCP methods to technical officers
